A cottage at Dry Hollow Farm
Stay at Dry Hollow

Come spend a night — or two, or five — on the farm.

Interested in spending more than a few hours visiting the farm? Stay the night! Nestled near the edge of the woods, our cottages are the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family looking to spend some time out in nature.

The cottages

Built by local Amish craftsmen in 2016 and 2021

On our 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Jacob sheep for wool and Nigerian Dwarf goats for the milk that becomes our artisan goat milk soaps. We're five miles outside Huntingdon, Tennessee — home of the Dixie Performing Arts Enrichment Center — and 25 minutes from Bethel University. It's a peaceful rural setting with plenty of room to roam.

Staying on the farm

Goats, guard dogs, chickens — and quiet

Meet the animals

Our flock of goats welcomes guests — and happily awaits snacks of shelled peanuts or animal crackers, available for cottage guests. Chester, our general farm dog, greets every visitor, and the free-range chickens provide constant entertainment.

Roam the farm

Guests have access to all areas of the farm, and farm tours are available on request when time allows. Our livestock guarding dogs keep their pastures safe through the night — coyotes can be vocal out here.

Shop & explore

The Dry Hollow Farm Soap Shop is open to all farm visitors, and Huntingdon — with its shopping, restaurants and local movie theater — is only minutes away.

A note from us: we're a working farm, so children need constant adult supervision — please don't let them explore alone, play in the barn, or enter pastures unsupervised.
